On January 21, Ding Xuexiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, attended the annual meeting and delivered a speech titled "Adhering to the Path of Multilateralism and Promoting Open and Inclusive Development."
